Traffic Case Study

Client was charged with fleeing and eluding, speeding in excess of 90 mph and several other traffic offenses and equipment violations.  Attorney negotiated a disposition of probation before judgment which resulted in no points assessed against client’s license.

DUI Case Study

Client was arrested for reckless driving, DUI, DWI and other charges all while transporting a minor in the vehicle. Attorney argued that police unlawfully conducted a stop of her vehicle in an argument never before made in that court. The Court agreed with counsel and found the Client not guilty on all charges.

Client was charged with possession with intent to distribute over 80 bags of heroin. The State’s case was comprised of search warrants, phone records and confidential informants. Attorney successfully raised several constitutional arguments resulting in all the drug evidence being excluded at trial. Client found not guilty on all charges.
